Feng Shui Shih Tzus
My son Roberto and I with Sugar at Stephans Lake park on a December day.

While our goal is to improve the breed and produce Shih Tzus that are built to perform in the show ring, our Shih Tzus have always been our loving companions first. Our dogs are raised in our home because they are family!

We breed Shih Tzus that are sound, with exquisite movement and with flowing long thick coats.

My Family: My Husband Carlos has always been by my side on getting into showing and Breeding dogs. We currently have two Shih Tzus and two Borzois and love being a small in home Hobby Breeder residing in Millersburg, MO of Show Quality dogs and my soon to be 3 year old son who is a huge animal lover like his Mom. I have always owned a dog since I could remember growing up on a farm in Harrisburg, MO. I really got serious and involved with dogs in 2014 when we purchased our first Borzoi from a show breeder in Oklahoma. I continue to go to Conformation AKC dog classes in St. Louis and attend Dog shows in and around our State.
Even though we have and are very fond of our our two Borzois, being as big as they are and their love their outdoor time we really wanted a second dog breed that had a laid back and sweet nature (small in size) and non shedding Breed, that is Family friendly. I did a lot of research online and fell in love with the Shih Tzu Breed. Their long luxurious flowy coat and their face expression had me taken!

We found a reputable breeder and purchased our female Sugar, and couldn't imagine my life without her.... we were luckly enough to find a outstanding match for Sugar, our beautiful CH. background Sire Mushu Gold & White male for future breeding. Their conformation complements each other, As a good breeder we want to improve the breed!

Breeding Vision - We thrive to breed by the AKC standards, having high standards and long planning is taken into account before any of our dogs are bred, and continue to improve towards making a better quality Shih Tzu. We breed for health Temperament conformation and coat quality. A Shih tzu should be a sturdy small dog with a soft face expression, big round eyes, small high set nose, straight legs and a flat top-line with a curved high set tail, and a long straight flowing coat which should not be wavy cotton like, or thin.
